Fashionistas (and then the rest of the internet) went nuts last week when they saw Rihanna in a new DJ Khaled music video for his latest song, “Wild Thoughts.” Why? Well, for one thing, it’s RiRi in a new music video. The other? What she was wearing.
Besides several too-hot-to-touch silk tops and dresses set against a steamy latin backdrop (okay, Miami) with Rihanna’s assets popping out in all the right places, she was also rocking an eye-catching pair of wildly embellished sandals, one of several new pairs for her third and final collaboration with legendary shoe designer Manolo Blahnik.
Aptly titled “So Stoned” (yes, Rihanna remains the rightfully crowned “Queen of Cannabis”), the new collection consists of 4 different styles: two mules, a pair of strappy sandals, and a pair of gladiator stilettos, all finished off with Lucite heels and straps. Not sure when any of that means? Fine, neither are we, but your girl certainly will be. And with prices starting at around $1,200 up to $2,300, we’re sure you’ll be sooner or later too. But fret not, as although those prices are steep, the legs in them are guaranteed to be even steeper. And a whole lot sexier.
