Raf Simons, the minimalist design genius behind some of the more recent Adidas collaborations and newly anointed Chief Creative Officer of Calvin Klein, just gave the internet a first look at his upcoming Fall 2016 Adidas Collection.

Taking inspiration from the early/mid 80’s, the line fuses rich, deep-hued colors like purple, yellow, and maroon with a mix of different matte and high-shine textures and finishes, in addition to debuting two entirely new sneakers: the Raf Simons Stan Smith Comfort and the Raf Simons Matrix.

The Stan Smith comfort is essentially a classic Stan Smith Adidas, but with three velcro straps in place of laces, a glossy leather finish, and of course Simon’s signature “R” punched in on the side. The Stan Smith Matrix, meanwhile, is a revival of Adidas’ Spirit basketball sneaker from the 80’s.

The collection is scheduled to drop later this month and expected to range in price from $330- $415. Hmmm…a dank ounce of your dealer latest and greatest or a fresh pair of kicks? We’ll let you decide.
