This week’s summer cocktail & cannabis pairing once again stays on the sweeter side of things with a play on a classic pairing we all grew up loving—milk and cookies. Named “The Ryechata” after it’s two main ingredients, this original cocktail recipe combines the sharpness and spice of rye whiskey with the caramel sweetness and dried-fruit flavor notes of barrel-aged rum. Both spirits are then softened with some horchata, creating a sweet, smooth, and creamy milk cocktail that goes great with the sweet and earthy flavor of Girl Scout Cookies cannabis.

Ingredients:

Shake above ingredients in cocktail shaker and double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. Pair with Girl Scout Cookies cannabis.
